Foothills Apartments

Prince George, British Columbia

Foothills Apartments in Prince George is our largest project to date for The ESL Group. A dynamic multi-million dollar project involving the construction of three separate buildings designed for multi-family residential living. Including a two-storey underground parkade throughout each building for the residents. Building A was completed in 2024, with tenants now fully moved in.

What’s Still to Come?

Currently, we’re in the process of finishing all the electrical work for Building B. While the framing of Building C is now completed, we will be transitioning to Building C and completing all the electrical work there. With an approximate timeline of 9-12 months for everything to be finalized and completed. Stay tuned as we update this page and our social channels on the progress of Foothills Apartments.

Commercial Electrical Project – West Kelowna, BC

City of West Kelowna Operations Buildings

This was a new construction project for the city of West Kelowna. Our project included lighting, distribution, data, lighting control, generator installation and transfer switches.

EV Charger Installation Project – Duncan, BC

EV Charger Stations Installed at Island Ford

Our project included 3 Level 3 DC fast chargers and 2 dual-head Level 2 chargers. We upgraded their service shop lighting to LED lights. We also installed 2 80-amp Ford Lightning chargers with a service upgrade.

EV Charger Installation Project – Prince George, BC

College of New Caledonia EV Charger Stations

In partnership with BC Hydro and the College of New Caledonia for this cutting-edge EV charging hub station. The station includes two 350-kilowatt chargers and six 180-kilowatt chargers with NACS connectors.

Commercial Electrical Project – Prince George, BC

Varsteel PG New Building location

Completed all the electrical work for the ground-up build of their 60,000 sq ft warehousing and steel forming center. Included 600V distribution, LED lighting, and power and equipment connections for their machines.

Industrial Electrical Project – Surrey, BC

Crysos Corporation Assay Labs

Our project included reworking the main electrical service to provide power to the far side of the building. Installed all new disconnects, transformers, and panels to accept equipment with a variety of voltages.

LED Lighting Upgrade at BMW Victoria

Our project focused on replacing all the old fixtures inside and outside the dealership. Hundreds of fixtures were replaced and upgraded to LED. We helped the client obtain a substantial BC Hydro rebate for upgrading.
