Apprentice Electrician

Description: Start your electrical career with hands-on experience in a variety of projects across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. You’ll work alongside experienced electricians to hone your skills and gain industry-recognized certifications. This is the starting point for a rewarding electrical career in British Columbia.

Experience:

* Electrical Foundation Program Completion minimum requirement
* Level 1, 2, 3, or 4 preferred
* Commercial/Residential Electrical Experience Preferred

Fundamental Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm for learning
  • Safety-oriented mindset
  • Residential, & commercial service and construction electrical experience is considered an asset
  • Knowledge of the principles of electricity, circuitry, and power distribution systems is an asset
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Ability to conduct work while standing, bending, crawling, lifting, climbing, pulling, and reaching
  • Ability to conduct work on ladders and/or aerial platforms and being comfortable working from heights is an asset
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Must be willing to travel for out-of-town work shifts if required
  • High attention to detail, work productively and take pride in workmanship (perform tasks correctly)

Journeyperson Electrician

Description: Join The ESL Group as a certified electrician and bring your expertise to a wide range of projects. From commercial builds to industrial installations, your experience will help us deliver top-notch solutions across British Columbia.

Experience:

* Electrical 3 years (required)
* Electrical Red Seal Certification
* FSR Certification (preferred)
* Class 5 driver’s license (required)
* Language: English (preferred)

Description: Lead complex projects from planning to completion. You’ll oversee timelines, manage teams, and ensure every detail is met with precision, from initial designs to the final inspection.

* Electrical 4 years (required)
* Project Management 3 years of Commercial & Residential (preferred)

  • Field Safety Representative Class A or B
  • Willingness to learn and work as a team
  • Experience as project lead or related management experience

  • Experience with Microsoft suite is required and Accubid estimating program or similar is an asset
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License is required

Electrical Estimator

Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Estimator to join our growing team. This role involves preparing accurate estimates for electrical projects, analyzing project requirements, and working closely with clients and team members to deliver competitive and profitable solutions.

Experience:

* 1-3 years of experience as an electrical estimator (commercial/industrial preferred)
